This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Cook County Court Docket is a private reference resource. The court or clerk must handle case status, hearing confirmation, public-file inspection, certification, payment, filings, and any request concerning confidential records.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the official route that matches the request. Minnesota Court Records Online can locate a public case or Register of Actions. The Cook weekly public calendar and MCRO Hearing Search provide public date information, but an uncertain setting should be confirmed locally. Court Administration is the route for a public terminal, a locally stored file, a current copy request, or a certified copy.
- A public case history: use the statewide MCRO Case Search
- A court date: check the notice, MCRO Hearing Search, and the Cook weekly calendar, then confirm locally if needed
- A certified document: request it through Court Administration or the current Sixth District copy process
- A missing public document: use the courthouse terminal or ask Court Administration about the local file
- A restricted record: ask about the Rule 7 and CON100 access route rather than making an ordinary copy request
